Water testing

Curious if you are facing water quality problems? Bring a water sample in to PHE Contractors. We would be happy to test the sample and provide you with clarity on the current state of your water and guidance towards solutions.

Water hardness Concerns

Are you seeing water spots in your kitchen sink or bathroom faucets? Bring a small sample of water from a bathroom cold water tap into our office. We can test the water and have the results for you in a few minutes.

Iron concerns

Does your water smell like sulfur? Does your water taste metallic? Are you seeing orange residue in toilet bowls or other plumbing fixtures? Find a water source as close to your pressure tank as possible - even an outdoor hydrant is OK! Run at least a gallon of water and ensure it is clear water before collecting your sample. Gather a small sample and bring it into our office. These results are more accurate the closer they are to the sample being collected. Plan ahead and collect the sample right before visiting us.

Bacteria Concerns

Contact PHE Contractors if you have concerns about safety levels in your water. We will schedule a service call for one of our licensed plumbers to gather a water sample to test for bacteria, nitrates, lead or arsenic. There are costs associated with these tests.
