Annual Maintenance

PHE Contractors believes that your home, and the equipment that lives there, is an investment worth protecting! When we partner with you to replace heating or air equipment due to failure, age or any other reason, we want your investment to work hard for you for a long time. Just like people getting preventative check-ups from their doctor, your heating and air equipment needs regular preventative maintenance as well.

PHE Contractors' HVAC clean and checks will help prolong the life of your equipment by catching problems before they cause disruption to your service. Regularly cleaning and removing dust and build-up from your equipment and changing filters helps the interior parts that make up your furnace, boiler or air conditioner run smoothly and not have to work as hard as they would if they were dirty or plugged up. Our licensed and qualified technicians will complete a 40 point inspection on your equipment.

The HVAC industry recommends that furnaces and air conditioners are cleaned and checked once annually during the performance season. It is recommended that boilers receive a tune up once every other season, unless the boiler works in a heavy-duty area where there would be a lot of dust or debris. If that's the case, we highly recommend you request an annual boiler service to prolong the life of your equipment. We also highly recommend cleaning and checking the performance of the equipment in the season that it will be performing in. While you may want to get ahead of the rush and request a tune-up before the season starts, please know that we would advise you to wait until conditions are optimal for this service call.

Contact our office today to schedule your equipment tune-up! Enjoy peace of mind scheduling when you request to be on our annual list! We'd be happy to reach out at the beginning of each season to schedule your service visit.

To assist you in planning, AC tune-ups are scheduled to be completed in June & July and furnace and boiler tune-ups are scheduled to be completed in November & December. Any materials required for a tune-up, such as a replacement filter or repair parts, will be billed additionally.

We look forward to partnering with you to prolong the life of your HVAC equipment!
